Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
- Wrong product received
- Product received is damaged during shipping
- Manufacturing defect is found
Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Customized products
- Personalized items
- Made-to-order furniture
- Products damaged after delivery
- Products showing signs of misuse
- Natural variations in wood grain or color
Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact us within 48 hours.
- Share your Order ID.
- Provide clear photos/videos of the product.
- Our team will review the request.
- If approved, return instructions will be shared.
Refund
After inspection:
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days, or
- A replacement product will be provided, depending on the situation.
Refunds are made through the original payment method.
Return Shipping
If the error is on our side:
- Kai Craft will bear the return shipping cost.
If the customer requests a return for reasons not related to product quality or our error:
- Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer, subject to approval.
